Earlier, the Ukrainian women's volleyball team beat Cyprus (3:0) and Hungary (3:2). Thus, with three wins in three matches, the Ukrainian women single-handedly lead their qualifying group.

The next match of the Ukrainians will be held on September 4, the opponent will again be Portugal. In case of victory, our team will advance to Euro 2023 ahead of schedule.

The Blue-Yellows will finish the group stage with Hungary (September 7) and Cyprus (September 10). The top two teams in the group will advance to the European Championship.
