The vast majority of Ukrainians believe in Ukraine's victory in the war with Russia, more than a third believe that this will happen before the end of 2022, according to a new poll by the Democratic Initiatives Foundation.. Ilka Kucheriva, held jointly with the Razumkov Center.

The survey was conducted from August 5 to 12 using the face-to-face method in 112 settlements in different regions of Ukraine according to a stratified multi-stage? sampling. In Zaporizhzhya, Mykolaiv and Kharkiv regions - only in government-controlled territories where there is no fighting.

The sample structure reproduces the demographic structure of the adult population of the territories where the survey was conducted, as of the beginning of 2022 (by age, gender, type of settlement).

2024 respondents over the age of 18 were surveyed. Theoretical sampling error does not exceed 2.3%. Additional systematic deviations of the sample may be due to the consequences of Russian aggression, in particular, the forced evacuation of millions of citizens.
