On July 26, Shakhtar Donetsk played a friendly match against Ajax Amsterdam.

Wards of Igor Jovicevic were defeated with a score of 1:3.

In the 33rd minute, Mikhail Mudrik passed half of the field with the ball, beat several opponents and shot at the goal.

Ajax managed to respond with two goals – the first one was scored by Dusan Tadic in the 45th minute, and the second time the ball was in the Pitmen's goal thanks to a rebound from a long-range shot by Steven Bergeis. Point was put by Mohammed Kudus in the 85th minute.
