The largest enterprises in the Luhansk region, LLC JV Nibulon and PrJSC Agroton, managed to harvest in July, despite the fact that the Russians stole almost all the equipment in the spring. This was announced by the head of the Lugansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai.

However, according to him, the harvest was " tons of new crop grain exported to Russia.

As Gaidai notes, farmers do not have a crop to sell and, accordingly, funds to pay the population for shares.

It should be noted, according to Agroportal, due to the partial occupation of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions in Ukraine, a wheat harvest is expected at the level of 16.5 million. tons, which is half that predicted before the war.

In 2021, Ukraine harvested a record wheat crop – which required high export rates of 23 million. tons. Managed to sell only 18.5 million. tons.

Earlier it was reported that the occupiers brought harvesters from Crimea to the occupied regions. Russia also stole UAH 4 billion of Dnieper water.
