Grapefruit diet for skin cleansing

Day 1 Breakfast: half a grapefruit or freshly squeezed juice, 50 g lean ham, coffee or tea.

Dinner: half a fruit, boiled or grilled meat, green salad with lemon juice (200 g), tea.

Day 2 Breakfast: half fruit or juice, 2 boiled eggs, tea or coffee.

Lunch: half a grapefruit, 50 g of low-fat cheese.

Dinner: half fruit, fish, poached or grilled 200 g, green vegetable salad with lemon-olive dressing, a slice of black bread.

Day 3 Breakfast: half fruit, 2 tbsp. spoons of oatmeal or muesli with raisins, 2-3 nuts (not peanuts) with the addition of low-fat yogurt (4 tablespoons. spoons).

Lunch: half a fruit, a cup of vegetable soup or clear broth with two crackers.

Dinner: half fruit, 200 g boiled chicken, 2 baked tomatoes, tea.

Day 4 Breakfast: half a fruit, boiled egg, a glass of tomato juice, tea with lemon.

Lunch: half fruit, salad of carrots and green vegetables (cucumber, lettuce, broccoli, pepper, celery) with lemon-olive dressing, a slice of black bread.

Dinner: half a fruit, boiled or stewed vegetables (except potatoes and corn) up to 400 g.

Day 5 Breakfast: fruit salad (grapefruit, orange, apple), coffee or tea.

Lunch: half fruit, baked large potato with coleslaw (200 g).

Dinner: half fruit, beef steak (200 g) or chicken (250 g) or fish (250 g), baked tomato or tomato juice.

Days 6 and 7 Repeat the diet of any of the days that you liked best.. Between main meals, you can eat an apple or drink kefir.. Once a day, it is allowed to eat a teaspoon of honey with tea.. After dinner you can only grapefruit.

The remaining 7 days are repeated.
