The Russian occupiers, disregarding the norms of international law, continue the forced deportation of Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories. Documents are taken away from people, depriving them of the opportunity to return home.

One of the deported Ukrainians was Zhanna Milashchenko. The woman was taken from Mariupol to the Crimea.

“I, a citizen of Ukraine, Milashchenko Zhanna Nikolaevna, am at the VOTU AR of Crimea. I was taken away from Mariupol. I don't have documents. The Russians took them. I want to return to Ukraine. This is my homeland. I beg you, help, ”Zhanna wrote these words on a piece of paper and took a picture with him..

The photo was posted on Facebook by her daughter Oksana. She told the story of her family and country.

Relatives of the deported Ukrainian woman appealed to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada, submitted an appeal to the Minister for Reintegration of the WTO Irina Vereshchuk and President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

The appeals were redirected to the State Migration Service, on July 15, the Service replied that Zhanna Milashchenko should “personally apply for a passport instead of a stolen or lost one on the territory of Ukraine”.

The question of how a woman without documents and money will be able to return to Ukraine to apply, the officials of the State Migration Service did not have.
