Half of Germans believe that the sanctions imposed on Russia for the attack on Ukraine harm Germany more than the Russian Federation. This is evidenced by the results of a Forsa opinion poll for the German channel n-tv, according to the “League. News"

Slightly more than half of the Germans surveyed (51%) believe that the sanctions imposed against Russia harm Germany more than the Russian Federation itself.. Only 39% of Germans believe that the damage to Russia is great.

58% of respondents believe that in case of gas shortage, priority should be given to private households, 34% have a different opinion. However, two-thirds want to voluntarily limit heating in winter.

On July 11, German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock said that official Berlin would not allow Putin's gas blackmail to split society.

Recall that Germany and a number of other European countries are preparing for a regime of energy savings in the coming winter - the Russian Federation, under various pretexts, limits gas supplies, thereby inflating gas prices.
