This bill was passed into law on 8 July. The final version of the law has not yet been published.
However, by the second reading, Draft 7280 contained a rule allowing combination with other types of activities under certain conditions.
The norm applies to civil servants (except for civil servants of category A), local government officials (except for officials whose positions are assigned to categories 1-3), if such persons are on leave without pay or in case of downtime.
One more condition: during the last year, part-time officials did not check their employers.
