According to the document, this applies to military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other educated military formations and law enforcement agencies for special purposes, the State Special Transport Service, the State Special Communications Service, who perform military service on the territory of Ukraine, as well as Ukrainians performing military duty abroad. In addition, the proposed changes apply to military personnel who have received a disability due to a disease associated with military service and their families.; persons liable for military service and reservists called up for training and special assembly; members of volunteer formations of territorial communities while participating in the preparation of formations and performing tasks of the territorial defense of Ukraine.
