The court seized the helicopter and plane used by the family of the People's Deputy of Ukraine, suspected of high treason, reports the Office of the Prosecutor General.

Law enforcement officers seized this property and transferred it to the use of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Pre-trial investigation on the procedural guidance of prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General in criminal proceedings on the facts of abuse of power or official position and the taking of property (h. 2 st. 28h. 2 st. 364, h. 3 st. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is carried out by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police with the operational support of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine,” the Prosecutor’s Office added..

Earlier, at the request of the prosecutors, the Medvezhya Oakwood complex and other assets were seized, the ultimate beneficiary of which is the wife of the People's Deputy of Ukraine Viktor Medvedchuk, Oksana Marchenko.
