Russia is increasing the number of artillery near Lysychansk in the Donetsk region to support the offensive and capture the city, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

With the support of artillery, the enemy is trying to block Lysichansk from the south.

The Russians today shelled civilian and military infrastructure in the areas of Lisichansk, Verkhnekamenka and Loskutovka, and also launched an airstrike near Vovcheyarovka.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy fired at our positions with mortars, cannon and rocket artillery near Nikolaevka, Berestovoye, Pokrovsky, Kodema and New York.
