Stalemate in war is not our option, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview with the Financial Times. At the same time, he explained that in some areas the de-occupation of our territories is slowing down..

" We can't live in this state of warfare. We get used, we are all human. Our citizens, our population is strong, it can adapt to such conditions, because it knows exactly who and what we are fighting against. You are absolutely right moving forward and postponing the de-occupation of our territories depends on powerful weapons, on the political support of the West and on a clear and powerful sanctions policy... Therefore, a dead end is not our option,” Zelensky said.

At the same time, according to the president, he can state that in some areas we have “a somewhat delayed moment of de-occupation, and vice versa, there are threats of an offensive from the Russian Federation and their troops”.
