In addition, according to Fedorov, the Ministry of Digital Transformation intends to provide 95% of the population with high-quality access to fixed and mobile Internet. Another goal is to train six million Ukrainians with basic digital skills..

The fourth goal, according to Fedorov, is to increase the GDP of the IT sector up to 10%.

Recall that Ukraine for the first time received two awards in the field of cybersecurity CYBERSEC Award: for the heroic resistance to Russian aggression and the protection of the digital borders of the democratic world.

After the start of a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, in response to the request of Fedorov, Elon Musk handed over to our country the first batch of terminals for Starlink satellite Internet. Musk's Starlink system helps the Ukrainian army track down and destroy invaders. Satellite communications are actively used in the army for communication in hard-to-reach places - Starlink has significantly improved this process.
