On the eighth day of the competition, postponed to 2022 due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Ukrainian team replenished its medal treasury with 12 more awards.

On this day, Ukrainians climbed the podium in four sports - bullet shooting, table tennis, athletics and swimming. Out of twelve medals our team has 3 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze.

Thus, after eight competitive days, the Blue-Yellows now have 89 awards - 42 gold, 22 silver and 25 bronze.. As before, our team with a huge handicap leads the medal standings.
