Russian bombing of a school in the village of Belogorovka, Luhansk region, has previously killed 60 people. From under the rubble of the destroyed building, rescuers managed to evacuate about 30 citizens.

This was announced by the head of the Lugansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai.
