President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced the launch of the United24 global initiative. He announced this in his telegram channel.

“Today the whole world has united around Ukraine. States, companies, international organizations, the main thing is people. Now you are among them.. Thanks. Together we have the potential to stop the war that Russia unleashed. Restore what the war destroyed,” the President said in a new video message.

“This fundraising platform is part of the United24 global initiative that was launched to support Ukraine. Here in one click you can donate money to help our defenders. And peaceful people. And restore Ukraine,” Zelensky said.

Funds are distributed in three areas:.

defense and demining;

humanitarian and medical assistance;

restoration of Ukraine.

All funds will go to the NBU accounts assigned to the relevant ministries: the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. The NBU will report on the receipt of charitable contributions through the platform every 24 hours. The relevant ministries will report on the appointment of contributions once a week.
