The Deputy Minister added that such actions by the Russian military could lead to food shortages and, accordingly, the threat of starvation for the inhabitants of these four regions..
" After all, there may be a similar situation with the new crop.. And then there may simply be a physical shortage of food to feed Ukrainians in these territories... If this continues and not stocks are taken out, but what was left there to feed until the new harvest, there may be a threat of starvation,"
