“The pension will be credited to the accounts after the submission by Ukrposhta, in agreement with the military-civilian administrations, to the Pension Fund of information about the lack of technical ability to pay and deliver pensions in certain territories,” the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy said..

It is noted that the pensioner will be able to immediately receive funds from the account at any branch of Oschadbank in a safe area on the basis of a passport and a certificate with a tax code number, by signing a bank account agreement.

“If a person has not applied to Oschadbank for money, then the entire amount of the pension is retained, and immediately after the restoration of the possibility, Ukrposhta will deliver to the person at the place of residence the unreceived amount of the pension and the pension for the current period,” the ministry said..

If the pensioner moved to a safe area, then after applying to the Pension Fund, the pension can be paid by Ukrposhta at a new location, through Oschadbank or another selected authorized bank.
