The transformer substation was also engulfed in flames.. Rescuers stopped the fire. Residents of Severodonetsk are without electricity and water for the second day.

“In total, 46 settlements remain without gas supply - 113,610 subscribers. 38 settlements are de-energized - 114,155 consumers,” Gaidai reports..
