Thus, the law prohibits the import of coal and coke to Poland not only from Russia, but also from Belarus. Customs and tax authorities will control the ban. Services can seize raw materials and apply to the Treasury for its confiscation. Legal or natural persons violating the ban will face a fine of up to PLN 20 million (more than $4.6 million).
