“I agree about 1/5, but it must be put more simply - hunger is spreading due to the blocking of our ports and trade in the Black Sea with Russian warships. Corn, wheat, oil we have. Russian ships are not allowed to take out, shooting merchant ships. If not for the anger of Russia, then the prices would be high, but not exorbitant. If it weren’t for Russia, then Africa and the Middle East wouldn’t think where to scrape up money to buy the last wheat,” Kachka wrote on Facebook.

He stressed that Russia's boast that it alone can replace Ukrainian exports is untrue, because in addition to grain, we are also talking about corn and oil..

“Therefore, plan A to overcome hunger is a rebuff to aggression at sea and on land. So that Ukrainian grains and oilseeds get to the market in full,” said the Deputy Minister.

But the plan to create a fund / program / organization in which international officials will buy food with the money of the rich and distribute to the poor, according to him, will not be effective, since we are talking about a global market.
