Two Ukrainian pilots released from captivity of Russian occupiers - GUR

The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense released two Ukrainian pilots who were held captive by Russian invaders. Ivan Pepelyashko and Aleksey Chizh were captured on March 8 near the village of Novaya Basan, Chernihiv region.

This will be reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence.

“For our pilots, the place of detention was changed several times, in the end they were taken to the pre-trial detention center in the city of Kursk, where they were in a cell with eight more Ukrainian officers. Pepelyashko says that, despite serious injuries in a pre-trial detention center, most Ukrainians do not receive basic medical care.

Russian officers, even during interrogations, admitted that their " \! They ask if there are many “Nazis” in Ukraine, says Pepelyashko: “They repeat that they want to liberate Ukraine from the Nazis. That we will soon live in the same country again, and Poland will take Galicia. Just some fucked up…”, – stated in the message.

The pilots are now in the hospital receiving medical care..

How they were released from captivity is still unknown..
