At a meeting on the evening of April 12, the government adopted a resolution " No. 20-20 “On Amendments to the Model Rules of Internal Service Regulations” and introducing new work rules for civil servants.
The new act provides:.
- granting the right to the heads of the civil service during the martial law to introduce remote work for employees located on the territory of Ukraine;
- it is established that the work of employees abroad is allowed only in case of a business trip;
- the head of the civil service is granted the right to apply disciplinary action, including dismissal from the position of the civil service, to employees who are outside the workplace during working hours without the decision of the relevant head”.
