Despite the fact that Russia has withdrawn its troops from the Kiev and Chernihiv regions, it is still dangerous to return to Kyiv, in particular because of the risk of missile and air strikes: enemy actions can be unpredictable, the Kyiv military administration notes.

In addition to the danger from the air, there is still a risk of being blown up by a mine in the city and its environs: specialists are engaged in mine clearance.

Debris is still cleared in some parts of the capital.

A number of infrastructure facilities (in particular, bridges) were damaged in the city and the region, which made it difficult to move in the direction of the capital.

There are many anti-tank blocks left on the roads of Kyiv, which makes it difficult to move around the city.

Since the beginning of the invasion, the occupier has damaged 183 residential buildings, 20 private estates, 45 schools and 26 kindergartens in Kyiv.

“The more civilian and unprotected population in the city, the more difficult it is for the military to work,” the military administration emphasizes..

When it will be really safe to return to the city, the city authorities should inform about it - so we are waiting for official announcements.
