What is a reservation for the period of mobilization and wartime?

Under the conditions of martial law, state authorities, as well as banks and some enterprises, must meet the needs of the Armed Forces and the population.

Persons liable for military service from among the employees of such bodies and enterprises may be subject to reservation for a period of 6 months, during which a deferment from mobilization is valid.

The lists of such persons are compiled by the Ministry of Economy (at the request of the relevant ministries) and coordinated by the Ministry of Defense. Books drivers liable for military service and employees of railway transport of the Ministry of Infrastructure.

The postponement is confirmed by an appropriate extract from the order, which is sent to the military registration and enlistment offices.. Booked persons are subject to special military registration.
