Part of the units that Russia withdraws from the Kiev and Chernihiv regions are redeployed to the Kharkiv and Donetsk direction. This was stated by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexei Danilov on the air of the telethon.

" Some of them appear in the Kharkiv and Donetsk directions. There, the enemy is now strengthening his groupings in order to try to increase pressure on our guys who are defending Ukraine in the Kharkiv, Donetsk and Lugansk regions."

Danilov urged not to draw far-reaching conclusions from Russia's statements about a decrease in the intensity of hostilities in the Kiev and Chernigov directions and not to assume that the enemy is finally retreating.

When asked if there is any information about the Wagnerites and Kadyrovites who are participating in Russia’s war against Ukraine, Danilov said: “They (Russians) from all over the world are gathering all the scoundrels who have a great desire to kill our citizens. Our intelligence clearly traces where these groups come from, we have a large amount of information about who exactly is in these groups."
