Coalition of Human Rights Defenders “Ukraine. 5 ranku” appealed to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky with a request to submit a bill on the ratification of the Rome Statute to the Parliament, as well as to sign the bill No. 2689 already adopted by the Verkhovna Rada: all this should contribute to a better investigation of Russia’s war crimes in Ukraine. We, members of the human rights coalition " 5 wound”, which directly document the crimes committed by the Russian army in Ukraine, we ask you to immediately sign the law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Implementation of the Norms of International Criminal and Humanitarian Law”, and also to submit a bill to the Verkhovna Rada for consideration.
