President Volodymyr Zelensky demanded that Western countries close the skies over Ukraine so that peaceful Ukrainians would stop dying from Russian missiles and airstrikes.

He said this at a press conference for foreign journalists in Kyiv, writes "

According to Volodymyr Zelensky, he asked numerous world leaders to close the skies, in particular, President Biden, President Macron, Chancellor Scholz.

" If you can't give the Ukrainians a deadline when you introduce this, tell me how many people should explode? How many severed arms, legs, heads does it take to get through to you, so that you close it? How much do you need? Quantity tell! I'll go, we'll count, and wait until then"

The President noted that if the West does not have a fortress to close the sky, then it must provide combat aircraft, otherwise the Russian Federation will reach the Berlin Wall.
