The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) released a report on the violation of anti-doping rules by athletes from different countries in 2019, in which Russia became the leader.

At the end of 2019, 167 violations by Russians were recorded. In second place - Italy (157). Top 3 India (152).

Recall that in December last year, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) upheld the decision of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) to suspend Russia for two years from the competition for manipulating the database of the Moscow Anti-Doping Laboratory.

Russia manipulated information and removed doping samples for 18 months to hide past systematic doping by athletes.
