The State Food and Consumer Service revealed a violation of quarantine in three private schools in Kiev, as reported on Facebook.

The violation is that, despite the updated quarantine rules, these schools continue to study offline. They were supposed to organize distance learning from November 1 in accordance with the government decree No. 1236 and paragraph 5 of the protocol of the Standing Committee on Fuel and Energy Security and Emergency Situations of the KSCA dated October 28, 2021 No. 68.

This decree authorizes the operation of educational institutions in the red zone if 100% of employees are vaccinated there, and kindergartens and elementary grades of schools must work in general, regardless of the quarantine zone..
