The two-year performances of the striker for the Catalan club are unlikely to be decided by any of the clubs to end early.

A week earlier Football. ua reported that Catalan Barcelona managed to negotiate with the Dutch striker Memphis Depay regarding his transfer to the Blaugranas camp as a free agent.

At the same time, the footballer's agreement with the Spanish team is not long - only two seasons, however, it contains a rather interesting clause, due to which any negotiations on a possible departure before the end of the contract will be almost impossible.

We are talking about an impressive amount of compensation in the amount of 400 million euros, in which Barcelona estimated its football player.

Last season, as part of French Lyon, Depay scored 22 goals and 12 assists in 40 matches, and at the current Euro 2020 he is the key performer of his national team, having already scored two goals and one assist.

It is also worth noting that the transfer of this footballer to Barcelona might not have taken place if the English Manchester United would have used their priority right to buy out the player for 17.5 million euros, which he previously sold to the camp of "
