Over the past 10 months, Ukrainians began to trust the National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine less. At the same time, the ratings of other law enforcement agencies have improved..

This is evidenced by a survey by the Democratic Initiatives Foundation named after. Ilka Kucheriva, reports Hromadske.

So, from July 2020 to May 2021, the balance of trust in all law enforcement agencies remained negative.. In particular, over the year, the balance of trust in the national police and the Security Service of Ukraine decreased from -25% to -31%.

The survey was conducted from 14 to 19 May 2021 in all regions of Ukraine (except for Crimea and the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions).

The sample is representative of the adult population in terms of the main socio-demographic indicators.

The survey was conducted by the method of personal interview. We interviewed 2,020 respondents aged 18 and over. The theoretical sampling error does not exceed 2.3%.
