Chervonozavodsky District Court of Kharkiv found a man guilty of attempted murder.

According to the investigators, referred to by the regional prosecutor's office, in September 2019 at about 06:50 o'clock, the husband inflicted bodily harm on his wife during a quarrel with his wife out of jealousy. Then he grabbed her and pushed her out the open window. The victim fell from the fourth floor.

By the verdict of the Chervonozavodsky District Court of Kharkov, the man was found guilty of h. 2 st. 15, h. 1 st. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, he was sentenced to 9 years in prison.

The verdict of the court has not entered into force at present, since it was appealed by the accused and the prosecutor.
