Today a session of the Dvurechansky village council took place, during which the last 25 educational institutions of the Kharkiv region were accepted on the balance of the village council. According to the regional state administration, currently all 614 educational institutions to be transferred have already been accepted into the balance of the territorial communities of the Kharkiv region. According to the director of the Department of Science and Education of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Angelica Krutova, the transfer of institutions to the ownership of territorial communities is associated with changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the region and the liquidation of regional state administrations. “Now financing of educational institutions will be carried out by territorial communities, which will directly receive the corresponding subventions from the state,” explained Angelica Krutova. The ownership of the territorial communities of the Kharkiv region was transferred to 357 educational institutions, 183 preschool institutions, 47 institutions of additional education, 22 inclusive resource centers and all 5 centers for professional training of teachers.
