As a result, the offender received two admin protocols (for driving while intoxicated and failure to comply with the stop request).

On the fact of the attack, criminal proceedings have been opened under h. 2 st. 345 (threat or violence against a law enforcement officer) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
