Policemen are investigating the circumstances of the accident, which resulted in the death of the moped driver. According to the police, the accident occurred on September 25 at about 21:50 in the village of Payne, Bliznyukovsky district. An investigative and operational group went to the scene. It was established that a 54-year-old resident of the village of Milovka was riding an Alpha moped, lost control of the vehicle at the turn and allowed the vehicle to roll over. As a result, the driver was killed. The investigator decides the issue of entering information about the event in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part. 2 st. 286 (violation of traffic safety rules or vehicle operation by persons who drive vehicles) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. All circumstances of the accident are established.
