According to him, now the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic in the country does not allow it.. To open the stands for football fans, a favorable epidemiological situation is needed.

The minister also commented on the medical protocol of matches of Ukrainian tournaments.. The politician is pleased with the way football players and coaches of domestic clubs adhere to all the rules and recommendations.

Earlier, the chief sanitary doctor of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko said that Ukraine will be equal to Poland in the matter of opening stadiums for fans. There fans are already allowed to play since June 17.
The first European country to partially open the stadium stands for football fans was Hungary.
In the current season of the Ukrainian Premier League it remains to play 4 rounds. Championship plan to finish July 19.
