President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in honor of Constitution Day recorded a congratulatory video message in which he congratulated Ukrainians on the holiday and talked about what the Constitution means to him personally.

" And what is the constitution for you A simple book that I read so long that I no longer remember? Rights that I want to enjoy and duties that I would like not to fulfill? What politicians constantly want to change? Or a strong legal foundation on which to hold the state? And maybe everything is easier. Perhaps our constitution is a source of answers.? The answers that each of us sometimes needs. Do we live right, as a country and as a society? Are we doing enough to carry the title of responsible citizen, "

According to Zelensky, when each of us understands that the best country is exactly the one in which we were born, then each of us will protect it with all our deeds and words.

" Understand that the circle of your rights cannot encroach on the rights of another person. Respect the law, not compete on how to get around it. Let's remember this every time we go into the subway without a mask, turn on music at night, set fire to grass, chop our own forest or drive an overloaded wagon. With respect for the rights of everyone, a country begins that everyone respects. We must promise ourselves that we will pass on a new country to the next generation..
