In the framework of the 30th round of the championship of Hungary, Ferencvaros defeated Honved (2: 0). Thus, the wards of Sergei Rebrov prematurely became champions.

It is noteworthy that this is the second championship title for a team from Hungary in two years. Before the arrival of Rebrov, Ferencvaros won the championship for the last time in 2004.
