Seeing the policemen, the men tried to escape, during the arrest one of them started pushing the policeman.

The offenders were a 23-year-old resident of Kiev and a 32-year-old resident of the Dnipropetrovsk region. During a superficial examination, military personnel certificates, an object similar to brass knuckles, two starting pistols and magazines with cartridges were found and seized from them.

On this fact, criminal proceedings were initiated on the grounds of h. 1 tbsp. 263 (illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the specified article provides imprisonment for a period of three till seven years.
