Also, during the operational activities, the police established that the offenders arrived with weapons in Brovary in the morning, May 29, from 6:30 to 7:00 from Kiev.

Law enforcement officers recalled that 11 armed men were initially detained at the scene. Subsequently, 13 more participants in the armed conflict were detained in the Vinnitsa and Zhytomyr regions.

Investigators on this fact began three criminal proceedings: hooliganism committed by a group of persons using weapons, deliberate destruction or damage to property and illegal handling of weapons.

Later, the actions of the parties to the conflict were further qualified by law enforcement authorities as an attempt to kill two or more persons.
