Poltava Vorskla announced the continuation of cooperation with the team captain Vladimir Chesnakov.

New agreement with 32-year-old defender signed under 1 + 1 scheme.

Chesnakov is a pupil of the Poltava club. Vladimir held 290 matches for Vorskla, won the Ukrainian Cup with the club in 2009, and won bronze medals in the Premier League in 2018.

This season, Chesnakov held 23 meetings for Poltava.

It was previously reported that Vorskla footballers passed coronavirus tests and began preparations for the resumption of the UPL season, which is scheduled for May 30.
