The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Sergey Kalashnik as the Head of the State Agency for Management of the Exclusion Zone.

This is stated in disposition No. 410.

Kalashnik is appointed to this post for a term of five years with a trial period of three months.

He worked at the Zaporizhzhya abrasive plant, having gone from a mechanic to a deputy workshop chief. He also held senior positions in various Ukrainian and foreign companies, including was the deputy project manager of the Novarka joint venture.
