The holder of a ticket to the 1/4 final of the FA Cup was determined by a series of penalty shoot-outs.

In the 1/8 final of the FA Cup, Tottenham received Norwich on their field. Wards Jose Mourinho led the score throughout the match, however, the guests were more active in the attack, which ultimately paid off.

In the 78th minute, Drmich equalized and gave Norwich a chance to advance to the next stage of the tournament. The meeting moved to extra time, as a result of which the teams also did not reveal a winner.

Everything was decided in a penalty shootout, in which confident play by goalkeeper Tim Krul led Norwich to the quarter finals of the FA Cup.
