Neighboring migration policies will be based on four pillars.
The Polish government intends to develop and approve the principles of a new migration policy in six months. This was stated by Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy of Poland Miroslav Pshevoznik, reports Ukrinform.
According to him, the migration policy will be based on four foundations..
"
The second basis is the interchangeability of workers, especially in scarce specialties, the third is the circularity of the stay of foreign labor migrants.
"
He explained that for longer employment of foreigners there would be no obstacles provided that they received documents for permanent residence in Poland.
The fourth pillar is filling in gaps in regions where there are not enough workers.
In this context, he noted that earlier the majority of Ukrainians who came to work in Poland concentrated mainly in the Masovian Voivodeship (the administrative center is Warsaw) - 70%.
Now the proportions have changed: in Warsaw and the surrounding area only 35% of Ukrainian workers work.
