The Armed Forces of Ukraine created new commands and appointed their commanders, the press service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The restructuring of the structure of the troops is aimed at achieving a clear division of powers between all bodies of military command and control according to the principles of NATO countries.

In particular, the command of the combined forces of the Armed Forces was headed by the acting acting commander, Lieutenant General Sergey Nayev, the command of the medical forces of the Armed Forces, Major General Igor Khomenko, the command of the forces of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces - Colonel Nikolai Zhirnov, the command of the forces of communications and cyber security of the Armed Forces - Major General Evgeny Stepanenko.

Currently, work is ongoing to improve legislation and the regulatory framework on security and defense issues to continue the transformation of the Armed Forces.
