Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud is open to move to Tottenham this winter. It is reported by Sky Sports.

According to the source, the “spurs” are interested in a 33-year-old Frenchman who would like to stay in London.

Despite the signing of the Dutch winger Stephen Bergwain for 30 million euros, the position of the central striker at Tottenham remains problematic due to injury to Harry Kane.

As for Giroud himself, he firmly decided to leave Chelsea due to an insufficient number of playing practices ahead of Euro 2020. The Frenchman fears that he will not be called to the French national team if he does not begin to appear more often on the field.

In addition to Giroud, Tottenham was credited with interest in Paco Alcacer (Borussia D), Krzysztof Piontek (Milan) and Willian Jose (Real Sociedad).
