The official website of Aston Villa called the severity of damage to two players of the first team.

In a duel against Burnley, striker Wesley left the field due to an injury in the 71st minute, and after 15 minutes goalkeeper Tom Heaton was also unable to continue the match.

The club said that both players have knee ligament damage, which excludes their appearance on the field in the next six months.

Both players are new to Aston Villa and were an integral part of the first team. Wesley has six goals in 22 matches in all tournaments, and Heaton has entered the start in 20 Premier League matches from the 21st.
