- Drink more water than your body needs (standard calculation of 30 ml per 1 kg of body weight is partly a myth, t. you can eat a lot of fruit or live at the North Pole).
- Drink heavily digestible, low-quality water, which is not used by the cells to the fullest extent, but remains in the intercellular tissue. Water quality is more significant than quantity! Quality water, at a minimum, must have alkaline potential.
- Very little movement during the day.
- Sleep face-down in a pillow or in any other position when lymph flow from the lymphatic vessels of the head is disturbed.
- Go to bed extremely late (after 01. 00). Thus, you disrupt many physiological processes in the body associated with biorhythms.
- Wake up very late (after 07. 00). Kidneys begin to wake up normally at 04:00. Belated rise does not allow them to fully work in accordance with their biological rhythm.
- Take hormonal contraceptives and other hormonal drugs.

1) thyroid gland (thyroid panel, ultrasound).
2) kidney (general urinalysis, ultrasound).
