Mayor B. -Dnestrovsky claims that their service for children is the best, however, as can be seen from the video, the head of the service does not follow the changes in legislation regarding orphans, namely to respond to the proposal of the deputy of the city council about the possibility of obtaining a preferential housing loan for orphans, really could not answer and promised to familiarize themselves with the CURRENT LEGISLATION.

Nevertheless, the deputies voted to give a protocol commission to develop a city program to provide orphans with housing and increase funding for the program for the next year, as well as to create a working group to help create the program and monitor its implementation.
